This is a direct sales/individual contributor position covering a regional territory that is focused on high-level strategic sales to large, multi-location hospitals and health systems

 

We have two openings: one for the Northeast territory (NY, DE, NJ, CT, MA, RI, VT, NH, ME); the other for the Southwest territory (CA, NV, AZ, NM).

 

As an Enterprise Sales Director (known internally as Enterprise Partnerships Director) for Iris Telehealth, you are responsible for seeking out new partnerships with health systems. This consultative position requires a polished individual who can help navigate potential partners through complex sales cycles. To be successful in this role, you will understand how to go after new business and build relationships with potential customers. The ideal candidate will possess relevant healthcare sales experience working with different hospital systems selling to c-suite and director-level executives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Revenue generation with targeted, large, strategic opportunities
  • Identifying, developing, qualifying, and closing opportunities to meet revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives in healthcare groups
  • Conduct sales meetings and deliver presentations to key decision-makers
  • Utilize CRM system effectively, ensuring information and sales forecasts are accurate
  • Traveling to site visits and trade shows (30-40% travel)
  • Prioritize opportunities and coordinate with your internal team to provide the best customer experience
  • Move the needle. You will develop strategies and execute them

 

What You'll Need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related technical area
  • 7+ years’ healthcare sales experience
  • Knowledge of the health system ecosystem including the interplay between health plans and providers, as well as the structure of integrated delivery networks.
  • Must have experience selling to C-suite individuals within healthcare, including presenting and negotiating large opportunities, with a proven track record as a top performer
  • A strategic, consultative sales mentality
  • Experience using a CRM to manage all business and sales opportunities
