Job Description

Iris Telehealth is looking for a Clinical Talent Consultant who has a proven track record of recruiting a high volume of top-tier healthcare professionals or has experience being a behavioral healthcare professional, such as an LCSW or similar. 

The Clinical Talent Consultant will build a healthy bench of qualified providers and serve as a trusted thought partner for clinicians as they get matched with opportunities that align with their professional background and interests.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

No day or week will look exactly the same, and you’ll be contributing to lots of exciting projects as our company grows. If this list excites you, this is probably the role for you!

  • Build a deep bench of highly qualified Iris providers through creative sourcing and talent attraction strategies  
  • Appreciate the nuance of what makes a clinician an Iris clinician, and curate your clinician bench effectively to allow for thoughtful filling of open requisitions 
  • Ensure timely and efficient execution of clinical recruiting processes and best practices
  • Serve as an Iris brand ambassador through positive, genuine, and empathetic communication with all potential candidates, including those we might not move forward with
  • Become a trusted consultant and coach as you help your clinicians get matched with the ideal partners
  • Other duties as assigned 

 

What You’ll Need

You’ll definitely succeed if you have:

  • 2-3 years of experience recruiting behavioral healthcare professionals, or equal experience as a behavioral healthcare professional
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • A natural ability to earn trust, negotiate, and influence 
  • A natural curiosity about people that allows you to thrive in high-call-volume environments
  • Excellent active listening and questioning skills 
  • A meticulous attention to detail

 

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
  • Experience recruiting for healthcare professionals 
  • Clinical or behavioral healthcare operations experience strongly preferred
