Enterprise Account Executive (Remote) 

About You:

You are a driven individual with a history of sales success. You can consistently get to the decision-makers of an organization and identify new business opportunities. You are confident in your ability to efficiently close business to help take our organization to the next level.


As an Enterprise Account Executive (known internally as Enterprise Partnerships Director) for Iris Telehealth, you are responsible for seeking out new clinical partnerships with health systems. This consultative position requires a polished individual who can navigate potential partners through complex sales cycles. To be successful in this role, you will understand how to go after new business and build relationships with potential customers. The ideal candidate will possess healthcare sales experience working with different hospital systems selling to c-suite and director-level executives.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead business acquisition with new health system partners
  • Drive the sales of Iris services and navigate to key decision-makers
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives in healthcare groups
  • Directly manage the full sales cycle from prospect creation, value proposition, and deal closure
  • Conduct sales meetings and deliver presentations to key decision-makers
  • Utilize CRM system effectively, ensuring information and sales forecasts are accurate
  • Traveling to site visits and trade shows (30-40% travel)
  • Prioritize opportunities and coordinate with your internal team to provide the best customer experience
  • Move the needle. You will develop strategies and execute them


What You'll Need:

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ healthcare sales experience
  • Experience with a long sales cycle focused on new customer acquisition
  • A history of consistent quota over-achievement in highly competitive markets
  • Experience using a CRM to manage all business and sales opportunities
